GREG GAZENSKI, FOUNDing Partner
Before founding Cosmic Creamery, Greg worked in marketing at Kenny Chesney’s rum company, Blue Chair Bay. While at Blue Chair Bay, Greg specialized in creating cocktails and training bar owners how to best serve the rum. Originally from Clarksville, Tennessee, Greg moved to Nashville to attend Belmont University. He graduated with Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing. Greg currently works with new franchisees at NoBaked Cookie Dough training them and opening new stores. He now is applying his knowledge from NoBaked as well as his talent creating specialty cocktails at Cosmic Creamery developing new flavors and creating new training programs.
When he’s not working, Greg enjoys attending concerts, creating new cocktails, and making trips to the lake.
CALEB ELDER, FOUNDing Partner
Before founding Cosmic Creamery, Caleb worked for Carnival Cruise Lines. It was there that Caleb learned the value of excellent customer service and the importance of embracing and understanding cultures from all around the world. Caleb currently runs retail operations at NoBaked Cookie Dough and now is bringing that knowledge of good dessert shop operations to Cosmic Creamery.
Caleb’s hobbies include eating and trying out new restaurants around town.
MEGAN (BEAVEN) FEEMAN, FOUNDing Partner
Originally from Louisville, KY, Megan (Beaven) Feeman, moved to Nashville where she attended Belmont University and earned a degree in Music Business. After graduating from Belmont in 2015, Megan worked in the music industry doing marketing and publishing. Combining her love of dessert and her desire to be an entrepreneur, Megan founded NoBaked Cookie Dough in March of 2017. She has now gone on to become a founding member of Cosmic Creamery where she handles marketing and brand development.
In her free time, Megan enjoys traveling, spending time with her dogs, SCUBA diving, and going to concerts.
JIMMY FEEMAN, Founding Partner
Ohio native Jimmy Feeman graduated from Belmont in 2015 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Prior to the franchising and hospitality industry Jimmy worked at Jackson National in the sales and marketing department. Jimmy was also a consultant for the Tennessee Treasury Department. Currently Jimmy serves as COO of NoBaked Cookie Dough and now works at Cosmic Creamery streamlining operations and working toward franchising Cosmic Creamery.
Jimmy enjoys craft beer, outdoors activities, watching hockey, and going for runs with his dog, Bo.
